Gymnastics Class Sign Ups

Welcome to L&M Gymnastics! Enroll your child and watch them flip, tumble, and grow into confident, happy individuals. Come be a part of the L&M Gymnastics family, where every flip counts!

All children will be signed up under the same link and the coaching staff will go through and place kids in classes based on their age and skill level.

We are thrilled to have your gymnast participate in our programs! You authorize L&M Gymnastics and its representatives to photograph and record video footage of your child during gym activities, events, and classes. You grant L&M Gymnastics the right to use, publish, and distribute these images and videos in various media, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and newsletters, for the purpose of promoting our programs and celebrating our participants' accomplishments. You understand that there will be no financial compensation for the use of these images and videos. Thank you for your support and cooperation in helping us showcase the amazing talents and hard work of our gymnasts! *

Do you understand we have a $10.00 registration fee for EACH tumbler. This fee will register you for both gymnastics and the Boy and Girls Club. Please send the money to our venmo @BackFlipBandit please put family name and how many children you signed up. If you don't have Venmo please let us know how you will be paying the first day of class. (If you paid for a child last year, you do not need to pay for them again this year unless you were reimbursed then you will need to pay again. We will go through and mark everyone that is up to date). *

I parents/guardian of tumbler, agree to abide By the policy of The L&M Gymnastics class and I hear by wave and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the individual members therefore, and all the officers, agents, coaches and employees, free and harmless from any loss, damage liability, injury, cost of expenses, that may be suffered by me or my child while participating or practicing as a part of this class. I certified that I will abide by all rules, regulations, and conditions as prescribed by the L&M Gymnastics classes.
