Welcome to L&M Gymnastics. By accessing our website, registering for classes, participating in programs, attending events, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Registration

Registration is required for participation in classes, camps, clinics, parties, and other programs offered by L&M Gymnastics.

Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for keeping contact information current.

2. Waiver Requirement

All participants must have a completed and signed liability waiver on file before participating in any gymnastics activities, classes, camps, events, open gyms, or birthday parties.

Participants without a signed waiver will not be permitted beyond the lobby area.

3. Payments and Fees

Tuition, event fees, party fees, and other charges are due according to the payment schedule provided at registration.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of participation privileges.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds, credits, or transfers may be issued at the discretion of L&M Gymnastics. Certain registration fees, deposits, fundraising purchases, or special event fees may be non-refundable.

5. Assumption of Risk

Gymnastics and related activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participation is voluntary and subject to the signed liability waiver.

6. Facility Rules

• Participants must follow all coach and staff instructions.
• Unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities.
• Food and drinks may be restricted to designated areas.
• Participants are expected to treat equipment, staff, and fellow athletes with respect.

7. Photography and Media Release

L&M Gymnastics may photograph or record activities for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes unless a parent or guardian submits a written request to opt out.

8. Website Use

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L&M Gymnastics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs, events, or website use.
